Celebrate Star Trek: Fleet Command's 5th Anniversary By Entering a Sweepstakes and Winning Some Awesome Prizes
SEPTEMBER 12, 2023 - The iconic (and free) PC game Star Trek: Fleet Command just turned 5! To celebrate, the team at video game company Scopely has some amazing things in store for us. To kick it off they released the video From Launch to Legacy - 5 Years of Star Trek: Fleet Command. The video is a real love letter to Star Trek with all the creators talking about how much the franchise means to them and how amazing it has been working on the game.
The creators also have some pretty sweet special 5-year anniversary events planned. As of September 8th fans can enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to LA and attend the Star Trek: First Contact live screening. The sweepstakes run through September 25th so enter fast for a chance to win. To enter you have to play the game and collect a 5-year anniversary credit. Players can enter a total of 10 times. If you don’t win a trip to LA that’s ok, there are other prizes such as t-shirts, hoodies, pins, stickers, and a 3D Enterprise Model with your Commander Name Engraved.
In addition to that, next month players will receive a “bespoke” and personalized look into their past gameplay and in-game commander achievements. The creators want to “celebrate how each Commander has valiantly navigated the cosmos and left their own stamp on the “Star Trek Fleet Command universe.”
On top of all that, this month the community event “Life Must Be Worn Gloriously” allows players to win even more prizes. By taking a picture of your favorite place in Star Fleet Command and posting it to Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or Tik-Tok with the hashtag #stfc5th you have yet another chance to win some awesome prizes. Prizes include a trip to LA, a VIP box with merchandise, and a personalized 3D-printed ship, or a t-shirt, hoodie, and pin.
