FEBRUARY 3, 2023 – Podcasts are ubiquitous these days, and it can be difficult to keep up with even the ones that appeal to you. But if you’re a Star Trek fan, there is one you shouldn’t miss: Gates McFadden InvestiGates: Who Do You Think You Are? There is currently one season out there, and TrekMovie is revealing details on the upcoming second season.

The podcast features McFadden taking entertaining and informative deep dives into the lives of her Star Trek friends, who tell stories about themselves you likely haven’t heard before. Last season’s episodes included such conversations with Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn, Marina Sirtis, Brent Spiner, and Wil Wheaton, along with friends from other Trek shows.

McFadden said about the new season, “Just like the camping song I sang as a kid—season 2 is silver and gold—I’m making new friends but honoring some longtime ones as well.” Guests will include William Shatner, Kate Mulgrew, Anson Mount, Tawny Newsome, Jack Quaid, and John Billingsley.

Season two of Gates McFadden InvestiGates: Who Do You Think You Are? premieres on February 21.
