EXO-6 Announces New Jean-Luc Picard Collectible Figure

Exo-6 just announced a new character to be added to their line of TNG era 1:6 scale museum grade figurines! They have been slowly making their way through the cast of TNG with Data, Locutus of Borg, and Q all getting released last year and Ro Laren and Geordi LaForge’s pre-orders just ending. However now, finally, after much anticipation they have just announced their newest figurine… Captain Jean Luc Picard!

There are currently 3 versions of Picard up for pre-order: The Essential “Duty” Edition selling for $190, the Essential “Darmok” edition selling for $200, and the Standard Edition selling for $245. This will be the first ever Star Trek figurine to have 2 different outfits. The Duty Edition features Picard in his normal uniform which we see throughout TNG and the Darmok Edition has Picard in his more casual uniform featuring an open jacket which we first saw in the episode “Darmok.” You can choose which outfit you prefer when you order or you can order the Standard Edition and get both!

If you order the Standard edition you get even more accessories beyond the extra change of clothes. It also comes with a Type II hand phaser that can be worn in a magnetic holster attached to the pants, the TR-580 Tricorder VII which can be worn open or held in a holster, a PADD, a teacup containing Earl Grey tea, the Risian Horga’hn fertility idol featured in the episode “Captain’s Holiday,” the Ressikan flute that was used in the episode “The Inner Light,” the Captain Picard Day Banner from the episode “The Pegasus,” and 7 different hands which are posed to hold all the various accessories. Of these accessories the Duty and Darmok edition only include the phaser and the tricorder. Needless to say, you definitely get the bang for your buck when you order the Standard edition instead of the Duty or Darmok edition.

If you want to pre order Picard you can click here. The pre-order closes July 4th with the figurines set to be shipped out sometime during the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.
