Heroes & Icons channel, nightly home of All Star Trek, launches retro-themed licensed t-shirt shop
SEPTEMBER 7, 2021 - Heroes & Icons, a classic TV digital network, home to the #allstartrek block of live action Trek, is serving up a brand-new collection of Star Trek-themed t-shirts just in time for Star Trek Day. The news came by way of a Heroes & Icons press release, which also announced that the network’s online store would also be offering a 15% discount through September 12th in honor of the anniversary celebration.
“This year,” it announced, “Trek fans across the galaxy can celebrate Star Trek Day and the 55th anniversary of the iconic television franchise in some brand new gear fit for a trip to the final frontier.”
To honor the history of the franchise, the new series of t-shirts features over 40 retro-themed designs featuring classic characters and iconic imagery. In anticipation of Star Trek: Prodigy, the press release also highlighted shirts featuring Captain Janeway, while older designs also paid tribute to the original 1970’s animated series.
Heroes & Icons began their All Star Trek program over five years ago, featuring one episode each of every live-action Trek from The Original Series through Enterprise, six nights a week. You can check out the new t-shirts at the Heroes & Icons store at store.handitv.com, and you can look up the latest schedule of All Star Trek episodes by visiting handitv.com/startrek. And of course, don’t forget the Twitter watch along; use the hashtag #allstartrek to join in live and talk about Trek on Twitter.
