JANUARY 19, 2023 - Coming soon from Titan Books: Following the tradition of Starfleet’s finest captains, sharing their biographies, the next in-universe captain's autobiographical line is The Autobiography of Benjamin Sisko.

As hard as it to believe that Star Trek: Deep Space Nine premiered 30 years ago, here we are, and another item on the list of celebrations for it will give us the chance to explore the fascinating life of Starfleet's celebrated war captain, and Bajor's Emissary of the Prophets — Benjamin Sisko.

The new book, written by Derek Tyler Attico, will tell the tale of Benjamin Sisko, his career in Starfleet, and his life as a single father and the Emissary.

The book will detail his rise through the ranks in Starfleet, his share in designing the Defiant-class starship, his critical role as a leader during the Dominion War, as well as his standing as a religious icon on his second home, Bajor.

  • Discover the hidden history of his childhood and early career in Starfleet

  • The innermost thoughts of the man who discovered the Gamma Quadrant

  • How he made first contact with the wormhole aliens

  • How he united Starfleet, Klingon and Romulan forces to defeat the Dominion Empire

In the pages of this new book, we’ll See Sisko’s perspectives with his confidantes Lieutenant Dax and Major Kira Nerys, how he truly feels about Garak, as well as his ongoing duels with opponents, such as Gul Dukat and Kai Winn.

The Autobiography of Benjamin Sisko will be released by Titan Books later this year. For more information warp over to StarTrek.com and see the full lineup or the book.
