DECEMBER 14, 2021 - Star Trek: Discovery is back this Thursday with the latest episode “The Examples”, and it promises to be a doozy! Along with a trailer, new images from the episode were posted to startrek.com. We’ll see some old friends, some new friends, and a whole new side of Saru.

The synopsis for “The Examples” reads, “Burnham and Book race to evacuate a group of stranded colonists in the anomaly’s path as one of the Federation’s brightest scientists comes aboard the U.S.S. Discovery to do high-stakes research with Saru and Stamets.”

This week, fans will see the return of Tig Notaro as Jett Reno, as well as more of David Kronenberg as Kovich. Canadian actor Shawn Doyle (House of Cards, The Expanse) also joins the cast this week as Risian scientist Ruon Tarka.
