PREVIEW: Star Trek: Picard Episode 303
FEBRUARY 28, 2023 – Welcome to week three of Star Trek: Picard. Time is flying and the plot is thickening.
In this week’s episode, “Seventeen Seconds,” Picard grapples with an explosive, life-altering revelation, while the Titan and her crew try to outmaneuver a relentless Vadic in a lethal game of nautical cat and mouse. Meanwhile, Raffi and Worf uncover a nefarious plot from a vengeful enemy Starfleet has long since forgotten.
“Seventeen Seconds” was written by Jane Maggs and Cindy Appel, and it was directed by Jonathan Frakes. Maggs’ previous writing credits include two episodes from season two, “Watcher” and “Monsters.” For the fomer she wrote the teleplay with Juliana James. Appel wrote last season’s “Fly Me to the Moon” and “Mercy.” The latter was co-written with Kirsten Beyer.
The images below, understandably, are dominated by Picard and Beverly Crusher, with a little Jack, Riker, and Raffi thrown in.
This week’s episode drops as usual on Thursday, on Paramount+.
