AUGUST 8, 2023 – After singing and dancing your way through last week’s episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, you might want to brace yourselves as things appear to be turning darker this week.

In the season finale, “Hegemony,” when the U.S.S. Enterprise investigates an attack on a colony at the edge of Federation space, Captain Pike and his crew face the return of a formidable enemy.

Episode ten was written by executive producer Henry Alonso Myers and directed by Maja Vrvilo. Myers has co-written five previous episodes of SNW. Vrvilo returns after directing several episodes of Star Trek: Discovery, Short Treks, Picard, and Strange New Worlds.
