JULY 27, 2022 - The Planetary Union goes to battle this week on the penultimate episode of The Orville: New Horizons, “Domino,” debuting Thursday, July 28th. A new trailer was released for the episode on Twitter over the weekend, showing some high-flying excitement out there in the cosmos.

The Orville is known for keeping the details of each new episode firmly under wraps. All we really know is that we can expect to see the Kaylon reappear (which makes sense, considering their continued presence in the series) and that the crew of the Orville will definitely be engaging in space-borne combat.

What the episode title “Domino” refers to is, like most episodes of the series, yet unknown. However, the colloquial reference generally refers to a chain reaction or the classic phrase, a “domino effect”. Time will tell. “Domino” leads up to next week’s season finale, “Future Unknown”.
