This is what Star Trek fans in Spain will be able to enjoy at the end of the month. Many other markets in Eastern Europe can watch the franchise now thanks to SkyShowtime and Paramount’s joint venture streaming service with Comcast covering the half of Europe without Paramount+. The service includes Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Prodigy. SkyShowtime is bringing original Star Trek to the rest of Europe.
Today, SkyShowtime launched in Albania, Czechia, Hungary, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia. The launch of the service in Spain and Andorra on February 28 will complete SkyShowtime’s roll-out. The streaming service is already available in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands, Portugal, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.
Strange New Worlds stars Ethan Peck and Rebecca Romijn were on hand for the SkyShowtime launch event in Amsterdam last November. For more coverage, warp on over to TrekMovie.com
