Trekfest: Thursday, June 27 – Saturday, June 29

Riverside, Iowa, the future birthplace of James T. Kirk, hosts its annual gathering, this year with guests Terry Farrell and Bonnie Gordon. Activities range from a parade and kids’ activities to bands and a beer tasting. Check out Trekfest for all the details.

Days of the Dead: Friday, June 28 – Sunday June 30

Denise Crosby, Malcolm McDowell, Dina Meyer, and Andrew Robinson are scheduled to appear at the Sheraton Phoenix (AZ) Downtown. More information is at Days of the Dead.

Quiet Corner Sci-Fi & Comic Experience: Saturday, June 29

Author Talk with Adam Nimoy: Sunday, June 30

The Regular Stuff

·These are the X and Mastodon watchalongs:

o   #TOSSatNight starts at 9pm PT on Saturday night and follows a different episode of The Original Series every week, and

o   #StarTrekHour is a Q&A-format event, every Tuesday at 1pm PT.

·Speaking of a Star Trek watch party: the iBlind Users Group hosts Trekkie Talk on the first and third Thursdays of every month. They watch an audio descriptive version of a Star Trek episode and get together virtually to discuss it. To find out how to join in, visit ibugtoday.com/trekkie-talk.

·Virtual Trek Con presents The Main Viewer every Tuesday - a live discussion show on YT with occasional special guests and an open chat geared towards fan interaction.

· Join Grey Havens Philosophy and Outworld Brewing every first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. as they discuss the big ideas inspired by Star Trek. The gatherings are at Outworld Brewing, in Longmont, Colorado. Attendance is free, but an RSVP for planning purposes is appreciated at Eventbrite.

· The Observation Deck features a free series of online Star Trek watch parties, with episodes chosen from across the franchise. Set course for The Observation Deck for all the details, including the schedule and to sign up.
