Star Trek events: Thursday, April 22nd - Wednesday, April 28th, 2021

Relax! This is a great week to join in on a weekly Star Trek event

There’s not an awful lot of scheduled events this weekend, so instead, how about a reminder of the regular Star Trek stuff that’s always going on? If you haven’t yet, now’s a great time to join in.

• These are the Twitter watchalongs:

  • #allstartrek runs Sunday through Friday at 8/7C and follows the Heroes and Icons Channel’s All Star Trek programme.

  • #TOSSatNight starts at 9pm PT on Saturday night and follows a different episode of The Original Series every week, and

  • #StarTrekHour is a Q&A-format event, every Tuesday at 1pm PT.

• Then there’s Star Trek: Watch Party, hosted daily and coordinated on Facebook. Every evening, they use the Teleparty browser extension to watch Star Trek together. To find out more, head over to Star Trek: Watch Party on Facebook.

• And finally, Sid City Social Club, hosted by Star Trek: Deep Space Nine star Alexander Siddig’s official fan website, is still going on BUT it’s changing since Sid is getting geared up to start filming the Apple TV+ show Shantaram. Starting on May 1st, they’ll be moving to a twice-monthly program on the first Tuesday and third Friday of every month, with occasional pop-up meetings with Sid as his schedule allows.
