Focused on Star Trek, this discussion, presented by the International Screenwriters’ Association, will “explore how the business of television has changed, whether it’s the sensibilities of the viewing audience, or the nuts and bolts of how the writers room operates.” The conversation takes place on Friday, June 24, at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET on the Roddenberry Entertainment Facebook page.
Trek Fest: Thursday, June 23 – Saturday, June 25
J. G. Hertzler, Robert O’Reilly, and John Paladin will be appearing at the 37th Trek Fest in Riverside, Iowa, the future birthplace of Captain James T. Kirk. A Thousand Little Cuts and Q&A: Saturday, June 25
Last May we let you know about Marina Sirtis’ new film, A Thousand Little Cuts. This Saturday the film’s European premiere will be screened in the main auditorium of the Rose Theatre, in Kingston, London, UK. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. and will be followed by a Q&A with director Josh Brandon and stars Rebecca Lidiard and Marina Sirtis. You can book tickets at the Rose Theatre web site.
