William Shatner Live on Stage: Continuing Thursday, November 9

William Shatner will be reflecting on his life and career for five straight nights around Florida, continuing this Thursday in Fort Lauderdale. More information and tickets are available at William Shatner Tour.

Motor City Comic Con: Friday, November 10 – Sunday, November 12

Doug Jones, Walter Koenig, Peter Weller, and Oded Fehr (Sat and Sun) are scheduled to appear at the Suburban Collection Showplace, in Novi, Michigan. Head over to Motor City Comic Con for all the details.

London Comic Con Winter: Saturday, November 11 – Sunday, November 12

Star Trek Variety Show: Beginning Saturday, November 11

Ongoing Saturdays starting this weekend, join To Proudly Go for evenings of drink specials, drag shows, Star Trek trivia and bingo, and prizes and giveaways, all benefiting the Pop Culture Hero Coalition. Patrick Stewart Book Tour: New dates beginning Sunday, November 12

Three new dates have been announced in the US to join Sir Patrick Stewart on tour promoting his memoir, Making It So. The first gathering is this Sunday as part of the Vulture Festival at nya Studios in Los Angeles. Patrick Stewart Book and Facebook have more information and links.

Portal 47 8th Anniversary Open House: Wednesday, November 15

Larry Nemecek celebrates another year of the Portal’s backstage deep-dive by throwing open the gates to everyone for a very special guest. The virtual gates open at 6:00 p.m. PT. Head over to Trekland for all the skinny.

·These are the Twitter watchalongs:

o   #allstartrek runs Sunday through Friday at 8/7C and follows the Heroes and Icons Channel’s All Star Trek programme.

o   #TOSSatNight starts at 9pm PT on Saturday night and follows a different episode of The Original Series every week, and

o   #StarTrekHour is a Q&A-format event, every Tuesday at 1pm PT.

·Virtual Trek Con presents The Main Viewer every Tuesday - a live discussion show on YT with occasional special guests and an open chat geared towards fan interaction.

· Join Grey Havens Philosophy and Outworld Brewing every first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. as they discuss the big ideas inspired by Star Trek. The gatherings are at Outworld Brewing, in Longmont, Colorado. Attendance is free, but an RSVP for planning purposes is appreciated at Eventbrite.

·And finally, there’s Sid City Social Club, hosted by Star Trek: Deep Space Nine star Alexander Siddig’s official fan website. They meet twice monthly on the first Tuesday and third Friday of every month, with occasional pop-up meetings with Sid as his schedule allows.
