The Final Picard Trailer Drops, and Episode One Gets an Advance Screening
FEBRUARY 1, 2023 – How many times have you been asked since last Sunday, “Have you seen the Picard trailer?”
Well, have you? If not, you can check it out on YouTube, below. As TrekCore summed it up, you’ll see “Worf (Michael Dorn) warning of an impending attack, Beverly Crusher (Gates McFadden) warning Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) not to trust anyone, Raffi Musiker (Michelle Hurd) on a dangerous planet, Vadic (Amanda Plummer) and Professor Moriarty (Daniel Davis) making threats, Geordi La Forge (LeVar Burton) arguing with Picard, Lore (Brent Spiner) taunting La Forge, Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan) in a firefight, Worf fighting Raffi, Crusher firing a phaser rifle … and the whole gang back together once more.”
You will also see the new additions to the cast, Ed Speleers and Todd Stashwick.
Once you’ve watched the trailer, perhaps multiple times, and you don’t want to wait until February 16, when season three of Star Trek: Picard premieres, and you are in or can get to New York, you have the opportunity to see an advance screening of the first episode Monday, February 13, at 7:30 p.m. ET. Following the screening, which is happening at the 92NY Center for Culture & Arts, will be a live conversation with Sir Patrick Stewart, Michael Dorn, Jonathan Frakes, and Gates McFadden. Tickets are available for both the in-person event and for an online version, which includes only a recording of the conversation. The recording will be available on February 17 at 6:00 p.m. ET.
The final season of Star Trek: Picard will stream on Paramount+, where you can catch up on seasons one and two.
