Watch Representative Justin Jones Make a Visit to a Special STAR TREK-Themed Party

OCTOBER 25, 2023 - This past Sunday Representative Justin Jones of Tennessee shared a touching video on X (formerly Twitter) in which he celebrated his constituent Miss Farris’ 99th birthday at her Star Trek-themed party.

Justin Jones is a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for District 52 which represents part of Nashville. He is the second youngest member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, and he loves supporting his oldest voters. Miss Farris appears numerous times on Justin’s social media and it appears that they have become good friends.
In the video, you can see Miss Farris wearing a blue Next Gen Uniform and holding Justin’s hand as he reads out a statement he wrote for her. She also has an awesome stuffed bear collection visible in the background of the video.
It’s so heartwarming to see the more positive side of politics. Regardless of where you stand on the political spectrum, we can all agree that the American Government is a bit of a mess right now. This video really brought joy to my heart and gave me hope for the future of American Politics.
