The final season of Star Trek: Discovery flies on this week with episode eight, “Labrynths.”
This week, when Captain Burnham is trapped within a “mindscape” designed to test her worthiness to retrieve the Progenitor’s powerful technology, Book, Rayner, and the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery must hold off the Breen long enough for her to escape.
“Labrynths” was written by Lauren Wilkinson and Eric J. Robbins and directed by Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour. Wilkinson previously co-wrote episode three, “Jinaal” and Robbins co-wrote last season’s “All Is Possible.”
Episode eight drops this Thursday, May 16 on Paramount+. In the meantime, check out the images from the episode below.
