PREVIEW: Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Episode 201
JUNE 13, 2023 – Here we are, two days before the premiere of season two of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, if you can believe it.
In this week's episode, “The Broken Circle,” a distress call from Lt. Noonien-Singh compels Spock to disobey orders and take the U.S.S. Enterprise and its crew into disputed space, risking renewed hostilities with the Klingons in a bid to aid their shipmate.
Henry Alonso Myers and Akiva Goldsman wrote the episode, and Chris Fisher directed it. Myers co-wrote three other SNW episodes (one also with Goldsman), and Fisher directed last season’s “A Quality of Mercy,” which is also the episode that Myers and Goldsman wrote together.
“The Broken Circle” drops this Thursday, June 15, on Paramount+. In the meantime, check out the images from the episode and season trailer below, as well as our review of the upcoming season.
