The Greatest Generation: Double Dumbass Tour: Thursday, February 2

The Greatest Generation is a comedy podcast about Star Trek: The Next Generation, beloved by everyone from people who've never seen an episode, to complete dorkazoids who are fluent in Klingon. Benjamin Ahr Harrison and Adam Pranica tell you what's great, what's bad, and what's hilarious about the show they grew up loving, and still do. It's a little bit nerdy, a lot filthy, and exposes some of Adam and Ben's most embarrassing stories from their dorky childhoods. The Hollywood Show: Friday, February 3 – Saturday, February 4

A multitude of television and film actors will be gathering for another Hollywood Show signing and photo op event, including several Trek guests, from Bobby Clark to Anson Williams. Watch Trek – Look Forward: Fear and Uncertainty: Wednesday, February 8

How accurate are our perceptions of threat? While fear is a protective mechanism from a survival standpoint, what if it ends up misfiled? Or in excess of what’s useful? What if uncertainty prevents us from acting in our own best interest? Or that of others? o   #allstartrek runs Sunday through Friday at 8/7C and follows the Heroes and Icons Channel’s All Star Trek programme.

o   #TOSSatNight starts at 9pm PT on Saturday night and follows a different episode of The Original Series every week, and

o   #StarTrekHour is a Q&A-format event, every Tuesday at 1pm PT.

·Speaking of a Star Trek watch party: the iBlind Users Group hosts Trekkie Talk on the first and third Thursdays of every month. They watch an audio descriptive version of a Star Trek episode and get together virtually to discuss it. To find out how to join in, visit ibugtoday.com/trekkie-talk.

·But wait, there’s more watch partying: Club IDIC hosts a weekly watch party and discussion at 6pm Alberta Time every Friday. The schedule and Zoom links are available at the Club IDIC Facebook page.

·To Proudly Go, a New York-based nonprofit, will be hosting Star Trek: Picard season three viewing parties each Saturday, beginning February 18. The gatherings begin at 6:00pm ET at the Barracuda Lounge in New York City. Tickets are free, and vaccination is required. The viewing parties / fundraiser benefits also include Star Trek trivia games, special Star Trek-themed drag performances, two-for-one drinks, fabulous Star Trek prizes, and merchandise. ·Virtual Trek Con presents The Main Viewer every Tuesday - a live discussion show on YT with occasional special guests and an open chat geared towards fan interaction.

·Disco Does DnD - livestream DnD game with DSC actors on Twitch, every Sunday at 1pmPT/4pmET.

· Join Grey Havens Philosophy and Outworld Brewing every first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. as they discuss the big ideas inspired by Star Trek. The gatherings are at Outworld Brewing, in Longmont, Colorado. Attendance is free, but an RSVP for planning purposes is appreciated at Eventbrite.

·And finally, there’s Sid City Social Club, hosted by Star Trek: Deep Space Nine star Alexander Siddig’s official fan website. They meet twice monthly on the first Tuesday and third Friday of every month, with occasional pop-up meetings with Sid as his schedule allows. ·Ongoing through May 4, 2023, the Science Museum in London, UK is hosting the immersive exhibition Science Fiction: Voyage to the Edge of Imagination. Visit the Science Museum for more information and to order tickets.

·Ongoing through October, Starship Edsel is a Star Trek inspired farce set aboard the Federation Starship Edsel towards the end of the 24th century. It is based upon a LARP written and developed by Brandon Brylawski, who is also a producer and head writer on this show. Performances take place at the Otherworld Theatre, in Chicago.
