Star Trek events: Thursday, November 19th - Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020
If you live in the United States you’ll no doubt be aware that Thanksgiving is coming up next week. Daily Star Trek News will be taking a break for the holiday, so this week’s events is actually going to be this fortnight’s events. (Just to be clear there are no Fortnite Star Trek events, though...that I know of…)
Oh, and listen. I hope it doesn’t need to be said, but please, please, PLEASE stay in your quarantine bubble next week. Don’t go to the big family do, definitely don’t hit up the neighborhood potluck. COVID-19 is really bad out there, and it’s getting worse, and I care about you. Please stay home.

Star Trek Bible Study - Monday, November 30th
Then looking ahead to Monday, November 30th, join in with another session of Star Trek bible study. Dust off your bible and the Prime Directive to join fellow Trekkies Josh and Gillian as they play sommelier between episodes of Deep Space Nine and the Bible.
On the last Monday of November and December, they’ll watch and discuss an episode of DS9, cross-referencing it with passages of scripture and their own life experiences.
The meeting takes place over Zoom and a chat app while watching the episode, and it’s free. You can get more information by emailing star-trek-bible-study@googlegroups.com.
