Star Trek: Mission Chicago is looking for participants in 2022
FEBRUARY 10, 2022 - Star Trek: Mission Chicago, which bills itself as “the ultimate Star Trek fan experience for all ages,” is less than two months away, and the convention organizers have now opened up applications for those who’d like to boldly go beyond mere attendance and grab a piece of the action as a member of the Mission Chicago team.
There are three different ways you can become part of Mission Chicago:
Fan Panel and Programming: pitch your own idea to host an on-site panel, activity, or virtual panel screening.
Fan Table: set up a fan club table to promote your organization to a veritable universe of Trek-minded folk.
Join the Crew: apply to become a paid member of the Mission Chicago team, making sure the event runs logically and smoothly.
Applications are open until February 20th. Successful applications for Fan Panels and Fan Club Tables will be notified around the first week of March. Successful crew applicants will be notified 2-4 weeks after the application is submitted. Be sure to read instructions carefully and fill out the forms completely, and to those who seek to join the adventure…Qapla’!
