Well, kids, it’s that time again...if you’re in the mood to connect with some fellow Trekkies, then you’ll want to check out some of these events this weekend.

GalaxyCon Live: Star Trek: Voyager - Saturday, July 18th

First up, GalaxyCon Live welcomes the cast of Star Trek: Voyager for one of their virtual Q&A sessions, this Saturday, July 18th, at 6pm ET. Watch as Robert Picardo, Tim Russ, Garrett Wang and Robert Duncan McNeill answer questions and hang out with fans. As per usual for GalaxyCon Live events, tickets are free but required, and you can purchase one-on-one video chats and autographs if you so desire.

Gaaays in Spaaace Virtual Celebration - Saturday, July 18th

Next up, Gaaays in Spaaace are hosting another of their virtual celebration events, also on Saturday, July 18th, but from 8 - 10pm ET. Robert Picardo and John Billingsley will be special guests, along with Star Trek band Five Year Mission. Tickets are required on a “pay what you can” basis.

Virtual Trek Con - Wednesday, July 15th - Monday, July 20th

And finally, an absolutely MASSIVE virtual Star Trek convention is going on right now, and runs through Monday, July 20th. It’s organized by the folks behind The 7th Rule podcast. Already confirmed appearances: Nichelle Nichols, Doug Jones, Nana Visitor, Alexander Siddig, Andrew Robinson, Robert Beltran, Mary Chieffo, Doug Drexler, Larry Nemecek, Dr. Erin Macdonald, and many more being announced all the time. There’s a full calendar of events, with something for everyone.

  • #allstartrek runs Sunday through Friday at 8/7C and follows the Heroes and Icons Channel’s All Star Trek programme.

  • #TOSSatNight starts at 9pm PT on Saturday night and follows a different episode of the Original Series every week, and

  • #StarTrekHour is a Q & A-format event, every Tuesday at 1pm PT.
