Star Trek Online: Stormfall is now available on PC

MAY 11, 2022 - Get ready to jump back into the Mirror Universe in Stormfall, the latest storyline from the free-to-play MMORPG Star Trek: Online. With two new episodes, new ships, and some of your favorite characters gone to the “dark side”, there is plenty of action for all of you Captains out there.

According to the press release from Arc Games, Star Trek: Online: Stormfall will feature Kate Mulgrew as Prime Universe Admiral Janeway and her “Borg afflicted Mirror Counterpart”. Captains will also play alongside Admiral Leeta (Chase Masterson) and Sylvia “Killy” Tilly (Mary Wiseman). Adding to the excitement, Kipleigh Brown returns as Kuumaarke, bringing her character to the story in a way “we've never seen before”. Finally, Star Trek: Discovery actor Noah Averbach-Katz joins Star Trek: Online as Rae-Yeet, a rebel against the Terran Empire.

Stormfall carries out over two brand new episodes, “Blue Shift” and “The Calling”. The Task Force Operation (TFO) “Assault on Terok Nor” has been completely reinvented as the new TFO “Forged in Fire”. The “Heart of the Storm” event has also been updated to include a “screen accurate map of Deep Space Nine, with brand new cutscenes, enemies, and boss mechanics”. Additionally, the 2409-era Federation Tutorial has been given some love by the developers, with new cutscenes and environments, as well as additional streamlined content with Admiral Janeway and the late Aron Eisenberg as Captain Nog.

If that isn’t enough for you, the California class vessel (Star Trek: Lower Decks) has made its way into the Infinity Lockbox, and several new items from the series have been added to the Lobi Store, including the Scorpion Cube and the Mandatory Medical Treatment rifle.

A new, action-packed trailer for Stormfall was released on YouTube this week, showing some of the incredible action-packed drama you can expect on land, and in space.
