Ethan Peck to Play Mr. Fantastic in Marvel’s New Fiction Podcast
Star Trek: Discovery’s Spock has landed himself a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe Extended Universe. That’s definitely a thing, right?
A piece from CBR.com earlier this week revealed that Ethan Peck has been cast in the role of Mister Fantastic, aka Reed Richards, aka the head of the Fantastic Four, in Marvel’s new podcast series, Marvels. Marvels is a recently-announced venture by Marvel and Stitcher Premium, which commemorates the 25th anniversary of the comic book series of the same name.
Marvels was originally a four-issue miniseries that retold stories in Marvel’s history but through the eyes of photographer Phil Sheldon. In that way, the stories focused less on superheroes and more on how ordinary peoples’ lives were impacted by the events.
Peck joins a cast that already includes Method Man as Ben Urich, AnnaSophia Robb as Marica Hardesty, and Seth Barrish as Phil Sheldon.
Hear Ethan Peck and the rest of the cast when the 10-episode podcast series is released this fall on Stitcher Premium and other podcast platforms in 2020.
