Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo: Friday, April 21 – Sunday, April 23
William Shatner, Gates McFadden, John de Lancie, and Brent Spiner are scheduled to attend this weekend’s expo, taking place at the Von Braun Center, South Hall, in Huntsville, Alabama. Shatner is scheduled for Friday and Saturday only. Check out Huntsville Expo for all the details.
An Evening with George Takei: Saturday, April 22

∙Ongoing through October, Starship Edsel is a Star Trek inspired farce set aboard the Federation Starship Edsel towards the end of the 24th century. It is based upon a LARP written and developed by Brandon Brylawski, who is also a producer and head writer on this show. Performances take place at the Otherworld Theatre, in Chicago. ∙Ongoing through March 2024, the National Museum of African American History and Culture hosts the exhibition, “Afrofuturism: A History of Black Futures,” which includes a uniform worn by Nichelle Nichols.
