Star Trek Events: Thursday, April 9th - Wednesday, April 15th, 2020
In the spirit of #InThisTogether, if you haven’t already, this is a great weekend to join in an online event with other Trekkies. Today, I’ve got three Twitter watchalongs that are a good place to start, two I’ve already told you about, and one I just found this week.
First up is TOS Saturday Night, which you can follow along with using the Twitter hashtag #TOSSatNight. Every Saturday at 9pm pacific, fans log on and watch an episode of The Original Series together.
Then every Sunday through Friday at 8/7c, the #allstartrek crew gets going, watching Star Trek along with the Heroes and Icons Channel’s All Star Trek event.
Then a new one to me, but perhaps not to you, Joe Sondow - the Twitter genius behind Riker Googling, EmojiTetra and the chaos raccoon - hosts Star Trek Hour every Tuesday at 1pm PT. You can watch along with the episode and even submit discussion questions ahead of time. Next Tuesday’s episode is Deep Space Nine season 6 episode 18, “Inquisition”.
